Freedom Billing LLC is owned by founder Melinda Carruth. Starting as a small one-person business, Melinda founded Freedom Billing LLC in January of 1995. Over the past 20+ years, Freedom Billing LLC has grown from a single computer in a kitchen, to a thriving business with multiple employees. Melinda has been married for over 30 years and loves spending time with her two kids and granddaughter.
